Located at Mt. Hood Community College, Project YESS provides a comfortable, stimulating learning environment where student needs are taken seriously. The program offers GED/Basic Skills Classes, Work Readiness Training, Work Experience, Job Placement, College Classes, Technical Training Programs, and Support Services for those who qualify.
Worksystems provides funding for youth to participate in this program and 30 students received their GED this year. On June 11th, we attended the graduation ceremony and spoke with Katey Shettel who shared her story with us. We are proud of her (and everyone's) accomplishment!
